We’re just two weeks away from the start of a brand-new school year, and we couldn’t be more excited! Our teachers are busy preparing their classrooms, and you can expect to receive your class letters this week.
There’s a great energy in the building already, and we can’t wait to welcome our students back for a year full of learning, growth, and community.
Enjoy the last two weeks of summer and we’ll see you all soon!

As we put June in our rearview mirror and head into July, we want to take a moment to wish all of our friends, families, and staff a joyful and safe Fourth of July weekend. May your celebrations be filled with fun, relaxation, and quality time with loved ones. Happy Independence Day!

On the warmest day of the year, we hope everyone stays safe while we manage these conditions. Please remember to lower the risk of heat-related illnesses: Stay Cool, Stay Hydrated, Dress for the Weather, and Don’t Forget Pets.

As we complete the first week of summer break, we reflect with pride on a remarkable school year filled with focus, dedication, and tremendous achievement. This well-earned time away is a chance for rest, family moments, and summer adventures.
While students and staff enjoy the break, our hardworking custodial team has already begun preparing for the 2025–2026 school year, waxing floors, rearranging furniture, and getting our spaces ready to welcome everyone back in August.
We hope your summer is off to a wonderful start and filled with joy and relaxation!

What a marvelous day our Gr 4-7 students had at Camp Roosevelt! The weather didn't stop them from fishing, frog catching, playing board games, crafting, followed with a game of Capture the Flag. What a great culminating event and preview of our Middle School grouping for 2025-2026!

Thank you Lynch Construction for providing our Kindergarten students with the experiences of a lifetime! Today's off-campus visit was filled with hands-on construction activities, hardhats, excavators, dump trucks, and smiles from every student!

Have you made a pit stop at the PTF Community Yard Sale? Hard to miss them! The vendors are right in front of the Dedham School building entrance. Such a beautiful day to stop by the event! Take advantage of these low prices soon because they close up shop at 12:00 pm.
