US Cellular Service Degradation in North America
Incident Status: Monitoring
An investigation by our carrier partner determined that US Cellular was incorrectly processing incoming messages, resulting in a decreased Alert success rate.
The issue was addressed by US Cellular as of 3:00 PM CST. We expect Alert delivery to US Cellular recipients has returned to normal levels; however, we will continue to monitor delivery rates to ensure stability.
